Industrial space or warehouse space in Brampton alone has about 80 million sq ft. of total inventory. The average rent rate is about $5.25 and average sale price is $95 to $150 per sq ft. Land prices are at new highs as sites with outside storage have reached $100,000 per acre price. Sales activity is higher than Brampton’s industrial space leasing activities, while low vacancy and steady demand forecast stability in Brampton’s industrial real estate market.
