Warehouse Units can accommodate 53 Foot Trailers and have a height clearance of at least 18 ft. which is the minimum need to stack three Pallets.
Warehouse Units may have a drive-in Door or Truck Level which will accommodate and allow receiving of the product with Trailer
Zoning is a key issue when dealing with Industrial Units or Warehouse properties more and more demand. Zoning can be verified in the City Zoning.
Tenants and Owners must conduct their business in accordance with City By-laws.
Out Door Storage is a limited commodity with Industrial Units. Outdoor will only be available with larger units usually with stand-alone Buildings.
